The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA CR) wishes to inform that within the 1st call for proposals under the DELTA 2 programme, which is planned to be launched on 25 June 2019, it foresees to support international cooperation in applied research between Czech enterprises and research organisations, and following partners:

TA CR has been negotiating also with other foreign partners. The final list of cooperating countries within the 1st call for proposals of the DELTA 2 programme will be published on the TA CR website and in the Call documentation. Between Czech applicants and foreign partners which will be taking part in the project implementation there may not be a relationship of partner enterprises or linked enterprises as defined in Article 3 of Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) 651/2014.
Foreign applicants from Israel and Vietnam will have the possibility to submit projects to the call to the ISERD or SATI agency under a different regime of support. Foreign applicants from those countries will be able to apply for projects in cooperation with Czech applicants, without being eligible for funding from those two foreign agencies. Specific models of financing will be published in the call documentation.
Before launching the 1st call for proposals under the DELTA 2 programme, TA CR will organise an information seminar. The date and venue of the seminar will be published in due time at the TA CR website.
Information on this call for proposals will be provided and handled through a HELPDESK available at the internet address www.tacr.cz/hesk , in accordance with the TA CR Guideline SME-17 “Helpdesk for applicants and beneficiaries”.
TA CR further informs that for the 1st call for proposals under DELTA 2, it will not accept project proposals where the applicants from the Czech Republic (i.e. the main applicant as well as other applicants):
- have not published financial statement in a public register thus not complying with the obligation pursuant to Act No. 304/2013 Coll. on public registers of legal and natural persons and Act No. 563/1991 Coll. on accounting, if such obligation is established for them in the aforementioned legislation. TA CR will check compliance with this obligation for the period, for which applicants fill in financial data in the electronic project proposal, i.e. for years 2015, 2016 and 2017.
- meet the definition of an undertaking in difficulty as laid down in Article 1 (4) (a) and (c) and Article 2 (18) of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty The compliance with those conditions will be assessed within the check of compliance with conditions of the call for proposals pursuant to § 21 (2) of Act No. 130/2002 Coll. concerning support for research and innovation from public funds and amending certain related laws (Act on Support for Research and Development).
